The conference is attended by leading experts and young scientists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Vladikavkaz, Algeria, Belarus, Spain, China, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Palestine, Serbia.

The event is part of a series of international scientific conferences "Modern methods and problems of operator Theory and Harmonic analysis, and their applications" (OTHA – Operator Theory and Harmonic Analysis). Workshops have been held twice a year since 2020, in spring and autumn, in the format of invited lectures by leading scientists from Russia and abroad.

The main idea of the workshop is to discuss current research areas in various areas of fundamental and applied mathematics, including harmonic analysis, the theory of operators and functional spaces, stochastic analysis methods, problems in the theory of partial differential equations, analytical issues of probability and algebra.
