The SFedU delegation also took part in a set of events on the occasion of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

The delegation of the Southern Federal University took part in the official reception of the Government of Shandong Province, which took place on September 29 at the Golden Hall Of Shandong Congress Hotel (Jinan, China).

Within the framework of this event, official speeches were made by the leadership of Shandong Province, representatives of the creative and sports community with reports on achievements for the anniversary of the formation of the People's Republic of China.

On September 29, a solemn reception of the Shandong Provincial Government was held at the Golden Hall Of Shandong Congress Hotel (Jinan, China), during which Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Oleg Ageev discussed with the First Secretary of the CPC of Shandong Province Lin Wu and the governor of Shandong Province Zhou Naixiang (Zhou Naixiang) prospects for cooperation in the areas of academic mobility, scientific and educational cooperation of the Southern Federal University with the Laser Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Shandong Province and Qilu University of Technology.
