Amar Debbouche is a Ph.D., Professor of Mathematics at the University of Guelma, Algeria. He was repeatedly invited as a visiting professor to universities in Russia and Europe. Professor Debbush is also the author of more than 80 scientific publications. His research interests include such branches of mathematics as integral and differential calculus, applied and computational mathematics, etc.

On May 30, Professor Debbush gave a lecture at the seminar of the Russian Scientific Research Center of the Southern Federal University on the analysis of the solvability and stability of Mittag-Leffler for fractional partial differential equations with a time characteristic. He considered a class of fractional partial differential equations in time with Dirichlet boundary conditions and verified the theorem on the existence of the proposed model using the Faedo-Galerkin method.

The seminar "Seminar on Analysis, Differential Equations and Mathematical Physics" was attended by about thirty mathematicians - specialists from leading scientific and educational centers of the world in Russia and other countries, including graduate students and students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Southern Federal University and young scientists.
