Family members

If you want your family (spouse, kids) to travel with you or join you later, please submit to us the following documents for a visa invitation:
▪ Scanned copy of page 1 your passport/ID card
▪ Visa Application Form (filled in and signed)
▪ Scanned copies of your marriage certificate or documents that confirm your kinship (for example, a birth certificate)

Our International Support Team will help you get a recognised and notarised translation of the above mentioned documents.
Processing for visa invitations will take at least 21 working days.
Please note: In accordance with the Russian legislation, you can only bring your family if you are employed as a ‘Highly Qualified Specialist - HQS or VKS (RU).
