Igor Zhityaev, Associate Professor of Physics at SFedU, took first place at the 8th International Youth Conference REEPE 2026 (Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering).

The conference was held at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and brought together young scientists in the field of radio electronics, electric power engineering and computer science.

Two reports were presented at the conference on the research of memristor structures, promising elements for neuromorphic computing systems capable of processing information based on the principle of a biological brain with minimal energy consumption.
