From March 30 to April 2, the boarding house "Grenada" (Krasnodar Territory, Lazarevskoye settlement) hosted the Interregional Youth Pedagogical Forum "From mentoring to professionalism of the young", organized by the Association of Creative Teachers of the Don.
The event was attended by teachers, mentors, winners of professional competitions and young professionals from different regions of Russia. The key idea of the forum, set by Professor Tatiana Chernigovskaya: "Nothing can replace a teacher's living word. The future of humanity is impossible without the existence of the teaching profession."

Anna Dmitrova, PhD in Philology, Director of the SFedU Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication, Associate Professor of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations, winner of the regional stage of the All–Russian competition "Pedagogical Debut - 2009", spoke at the forum with an author's creative workshop.
The theme of the master class: "The third is not superfluous, or how to correctly integrate AI into the learning process"
In her speech, Anna Vladimirovna touched upon one of the most pressing problems of modern education — the integration of artificial intelligence into learning. The participants discussed where the line lies between the effective use of technology and the loss of live pedagogical communication, and also received practical tools for introducing AI into the lesson without compromising educational outcomes.

The event was particularly significant due to the participation of students of the master's degree program "Russian School" of the SFedU Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication, who not only became listeners, but also actively engaged in dialogue with experienced teachers, from the absolute winners of the Teacher of the Year of Russia competition to young mentors.
The Forum has become a space for live communication, exchange of experience and professional growth. The SFedU Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication undergraduates had a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the environment where the future of Russian education is being shaped, and to make sure in practice that mentoring really remains a bridge connecting the past with the future.
