The main goal of the Festival is always the popularization of science and the involvement of schoolchildren in it. The SFedU staff, graduate students and students were tasked with reflecting the increased role of science and technology in the development of our country, the importance of scientific traditions and innovations, and the importance of scientific research methodology in the process of achieving truth.

The exhibition program includes a poster presentation of scientific, development, engineering, technical and technological developments of the SFedU in accordance with the concept of the Festival, as well as partners of the Southern Federal University, which includes leading universities in the South of Russia, industrial and manufacturing companies, scientific associations, etc.

This year, the list of participants in the exhibition area of the Festival included more than 10 universities and scientific and educational institutions in the South of Russia, including Southern Federal University, Rostov State University of Railway Communications, South Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) named after M.I. Platov, Don State Technical University, Southern University of IUBiP, Kuban State Medical University, Specialized Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal District, Don State Agrarian University, North Caucasus Branch of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics,

Maikop State Technological University, Resource Educational and Methodological Center for the Education of People with Disabilities and Persons with Disabilities, Rostov State University of Economics (RINH). In addition, the exhibition featured sites of such organizations as PJSC CB Center-Invest, LLC VARM, LLC Glavstroy-Ust-Labinsk, NASHA LABA Scientific and Production Association, T2 telecom operator, North Caucasian Railway, a branch of Russian Railways, GAU RO "Donvolonter". Each of the participants has prepared interesting events for the guests of the festival of different ages.

The zones of the exhibition space of the Festival reflect the achievements of science in the South of Russia in 7 priority areas of scientific and technological development, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 06/18/2024 No. 529 "On approval of priority areas of scientific and technological development and the list of the most important high-tech technologies".

For example, Syntol, the partner of the festival, presented the Russian-made Nanophor 05 genetic DNA analyzer, which is used in crop production, animal husbandry, criminology and medicine.

The National Center for Missing and Injured Children introduced visitors to an interactive program that was very popular with schoolchildren:

"Today we are introducing the state program "First Aid", which is being implemented in Russia, to the visitors of the exhibition. As part of our activities, we visit educational organizations and provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge on how to apply tourniquet tourniquets or bandage their heads, and how to behave properly in certain emergency situations," said Anastasia Nagornaya, an exhibitor.

The exposition, presented by the SFedU Academy of Biology and Medicine, made it possible for anyone to see with a microscope what the blood of a frog, a tick and a rat embryo looks like.

Students of the Don State Agrarian University told about the peculiarities of making pumpkin bread and sourdough bread with the addition of anchan blue tea.

"LED masks are presented here. This mask is based on artificial intelligence. She reads facial expressions and reproduces them on her electronic eyes. There is a weather station here that recognizes readings of the atmosphere, pressure, and humidity. We also presented a machine that avoids obstacles with the help of its sensors, driving around them like a robot vacuum cleaner," said Oleg Kramskoy, an exhibitor representing the Specialized Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal University.

Representatives of the SFedU Institute of History and International Relations talked about the origin of various stable expressions, for example, on a shield or with a shield, the Faculty of Law showed the types of fingerprints, and students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics presented a model of a car that can be controlled using a mobile application.

Maikop State Technological University presented two directions: energy and medicine. Energy is related to the purification of the atmosphere from the harmful effects of sulfur and petroleum products. The medical field is represented by biological products containing enzymes and biologically active substances that can improve not only digestion, but also the general human condition.
