The event, which brought together representatives of leading educational organizations, government agencies and industrial partners of the Southern Federal University, was dedicated to summarizing key work results and defining strategic development vectors for the near future.

During the working session, reports on the most significant projects of the Cluster were heard and discussed:

· On the implementation of Educational Cluster projects in the South of Russia: results of 2024, prospects and tasks for 2025-2026

  Systemic achievements in the field of coordination of network interaction between educational organizations of higher, secondary vocational and general education were presented. The Council members identified key tasks for the next operational period aimed at deepening integration and improving the quality of human capital in the macroregion.

· Presentation of the Resource Workshop project

  The results of a unique project aimed at creating a specialized location for working with children with special educational needs were presented. The project provides for the formation of a modern educational environment equipped with the necessary equipment and methodological materials for the implementation of inclusive practices and ensuring access to quality education.

· About the implementation of the project "Specialized psychological and pedagogical classes"

  The Council members were informed about the progress of the project to create specialized teaching classes. It was noted that the project successfully solves the problem of early career guidance for motivated schoolchildren and the formation of a personnel reserve for the education system of the South of Russia.

· Presentation of the results of the "SPO Olympiad of the educational cluster of the South of Russia"

  The results of the large-scale Olympiad among students of the secondary vocational education system were announced. The event demonstrated the high level of professional training of students and the effectiveness of a practice-oriented approach in educational institutions participating in the Cluster.

· On the results of targeted training of teaching staff at SFedU

  Representatives of the Southern Federal University presented a report on the results of the implementation of targeted training programs for educational institutions in the region. The special role of the university as the flagship of teacher education in providing schools with highly qualified personnel was emphasized.

Following the meeting, the Council members approved a joint action plan for 2026 aimed at further consolidating efforts to implement educational policy in the South of Russia, introducing innovative training formats and strengthening the human resources potential of the industry.
