The event addressed issues of social and responsible management of labor relations in the Russian Federation.

It is recognized worldwide that the impact of the global economic crisis can lead to global social shifts. This issue cannot be solved without the implementation of social programs related to the strengthening of employment, the harmonization of relations between the employee and the employer

 The study of these social processes is one of the tasks of the SFedU Center for Sustainable Development, which focuses its activities on the interests of national security and the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The round table discussed issues related to the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, the activities of public organizations for the protection of labor relations, social responsible management by businesses, enterprises and organizations.
