The festival "From the Screw!" includes an exposition of youth technological startups and inventions, an exhibition of the best projects and practices in the scientific and technical sphere of the subjects of the Southern Federal District.

The delegation of the Rostov region consisted of representatives of the Southern Federal University, the Don State Technical University, the Regional Center for Technical Creativity of Students, the Southern Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) named after M. I. Platov, the Southern Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Innovation Agency of the Rostov Region.

The Don region presented 34 promising projects. The Southern Federal University was represented by students of the Academy of Biology and Biotechnology named after D. I. Ivanovsky and the Special Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal District, as well as young scientists of the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security and the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy, the Design Center of the microelectronic Component Base for Artificial intelligence systems:

"Forehead" (Alexey Kosenko, a student of the Specialized Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal District);

"How to save money with plastic" (Ksenia Mizgina, a student of the Specialized Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal District);

"Assembling a computer in VR" (Dmitry Tkachenko, member of the Student Design Bureau "Computer Innovation Creativity" of the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security);

"Microclonal reproduction of relict plant species" (Victoria Stepanenko, student of the Academy of Biology and Biotechnology named after D. I. Ivanovsky);

"Intelligent security system based on personal identification" (Alexander Kozlovsky, Vladislav Mikhalsky, members of the Student Design Bureau "Computer Innovation Creativity" of the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security);

"Excursion 360-SFedU Taganrog campus" (Olesya Rekukhina, member of the Student Design Bureau "Computer Innovative Creativity" of the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security);

Master class "STEM center as a tool for the development of STEM education" (Ilya Egorov, specialist in educational and methodological work of the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy);

"Layout of the grain processing complex using microwave technology" (Olga Yezhova, Senior researcher at the Design Center for Microelectronic Component Base for Artificial Intelligence systems).

The festival was attended by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Valentinovich Manturov.

The most significant projects of the exhibition will be included in the federal database of the best achievements in the field of scientific and technical creativity of children and youth of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation "Showcase of Projects".
