Residence registration

When you arrive in Rostov or Taganrog, you will be required to register your new place of residence in Russia and sign a tenancy agreement at the following addresses within 24 hours:
21 Zorge St., building 9B, room 138, Rostov-on-Don 17
Petrovskaya St., room 10, Taganrog

To apply for residence registration, please submit to the SFedU International Support Team the following documents within 2 working days after your arrival:
▪ Your passport
▪ Your immigration card (usually given at border control)
▪ Copy of your tenancy agreement

Please note: The period of registration is determined by the validity period of your visa but can not exceed 365 days (one year).

International faculty members and researchers living off-campus (renting an apartment or staying at a hotel) register their presence with the help of landlords or hotel managers.
