Medical check-ups and fingerprinting

The federal law N 274 has recently introduced a new procedure for foreign nationals coming to work in Russia for more than 90 days. International faculty and researchers are required to undergo medical examination and fingerprinting within 30 days from the date of entry.

The medical certificate has a validity of one year. If you plan to stay in Russia for more than one year, you will need to repeat the medical examination.

Please prepare the following documents for your medical check-up and fingerprinting:
▪ Your passport
▪ Your migration card
▪ Your residence registration certificate
▪ Notarised translation of your passport
▪ 3 x 4 photo on a white background
