Medical check-ups and fingerprinting

The federal law N 274 has recently introduced a new procedure for foreign nationals coming to study in Russia for more than 90 days. International students are required to undergo medical examination and fingerprinting within 90 days from the date of entry. The medical certificate has a validity of one year.

Please prepare the following documents for your medical check-up and fingerprinting:
▪ Your passport
▪ Your migration card
▪ Your residence registration certificate
▪ Notarised translation of your passport
▪ 3 x 4 photo on a white background
