Residence registration

When you arrive in Rostov or Taganrog, you will be required to register your new place of residence in Russia and sign a tenancy agreement at the following addresses:
21 Zorge St., hall 9B, Rostov-on-Don
17 Petrovskaya St., room 10, Taganrog

To apply for residence registration, please submit to the SFedU Migration Office (hall 9B, room 138) the following documents within 3 working days after your arrival:
▪ 4 copies of your passport
▪ 4 copies of your immigration card (usually given at border control)
▪ 4 photos (3 x 4)

Please note: International exchange students living off-campus (renting an apartment or staying at a hotel) register their presence with the help of landlords or hotel managers.
