Pavel Chernobylov, a graduate of the Institute of History and International Relations of the Southern Federal University, a teacher of history and social studies at Rostov School No. 31, became the absolute winner of the Rostov-on-Don City Teacher of the Year 2025 competition.

Last year Pavel Chernobylov took part in the municipal stage of the competition and became the winner of the Pedagogical Debut nomination. Now he is the absolute winner in the main nomination, and he will have to defend the honor of our city at the regional stage of the All-Russian competition.
