The competitions, which are qualifiers for the Southern Federal District Championship and All-Russian competitions, brought together the strongest junior judokas of the Don Region. The athletes of the Southern Federal University team who took part in the competition showed good results:

In the weight category up to 63 kg. The 2nd place was taken by Potato Daria (Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security). 3rd place in the weight category up to 100 kg. Konstantin Usenko (Institute of Radio Engineering Systems and Control), Mikhail Lygin (Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security) and Leonid Bautkin (Faculty of Law).

Our guys have qualified for the Championship of the Southern Federal District, which will be held from March 1 to March 3 in the city of Maikop of the Republic of Adygea.
