The lecturers at the seminar were Professor Alexander Leonidovich Skubachevsky of RUDN (Russia), Professor Milos Arsenovich of Belgrade University (Serbia), Professor of the University of Cadiz Francisco Javier Garcia Pacheco and a graduate of the University of Vienna, a young scientist Mikhail Alekseevich Karapetyants (Russia/Austria).

The seminar was held with the involvement of leading experts and participants from various regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Armenia, Serbia, the UAE and other countries. The seminar was held in a hybrid format: lecturers spoke in the building of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, and an online broadcast was organized for participants who were not present in person.
