                                                 Purpose of this educational program:

The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the field of business communication and prevention, forecasting, settlement and resolution of conflicts to work in organizations of the state, public and commercial sectors, whose main task is to carry out organizational, managerial and project activities for the organization of conflict-free interaction and conflict management.

Conflictologists are elite intellectual special forces, they are universal specialists ready to solve a wide range of professional tasks, specialists in prevention, forecasting, conflict resolution and resolution.

Promising employment: conflictologist, business consultant, mediator, expert, analyst. The conflictologist is recognized to contribute to the settlement of conflicts not only at the interpersonal, psychological level, but also at the social and political level.

The work of a conflictologist does not imply a significant change in the position -  rather, an increase in wages while gaining experience and improving professionalism. However, since such specialists are well versed, including in human resource management, if desired and possible, they can hold leadership positions. According to the Professional Guidance Center Profgid, the salary of a specialist with the education of a conflictologist varies depending on the region. As of 07.09.2020, wages in Russia ranged from 26,000 to 60,000 rubles, at the same time wages in Moscow above 70 000 - 150 000 rubles.
