The program of the Spartakiad also included a stage dedicated to meeting the standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP). The participants had to demonstrate their physical fitness in four disciplines: flexion and extension of the arms while lying on the floor (push-ups), bending forward from a standing position on a gymnastic bench, a long jump from a standing position with two legs, and lifting the torso from a supine position in one minute (press). All tests were carried out strictly in accordance with the age levels of the TRP complex. The results of each participant were translated into points, which were then summed up. The winners in each age category were determined by the highest score, which made it possible to objectively identify the most versatile athletes among SFedU students.

 18-19 years old

 II place - Victoria Nikiforova (Institute of Earth Science);

 III place - Elizabeth Rybalkina (Institute of Sociology and Regional Studies).

 20-24 years old

 Men:

 I place - Ramaldanov Elgar (Faculty of Physics);

 II place - Roman Gordienko (Academy of Physical culture and Sport);

 III place - Edward Proskurin (Academy of Physical culture and Sport).

 Women:

 I place - Diana Kurbanova (Faculty of Law);

 II place - Anastasia Inozemtseva (Academy of Physical culture and Sport);

 III place - Anastasia Kotsareva (Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication).

 Ruslan Kondratenko (Institute of Sociology and Regional Studies) and Anastasia Kotsareva (Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication) became the best in the overall standings.

 The Academy of Physical culture and Sport Sports Development Department together with activists of the SFedU Student Sports Club acted as organizers.
