The production is based on the Russian serial film of the same name in the detective genre. The main character is Igor Grom, a fearless police major from St. Petersburg, which single-handedly detains dangerous criminals. The play by the Law Faculty of the Southern Federal University takes place in Rostov-on-Don.

The performance begins with a presentation by the founder of the social network "Together" Sergey Razumovsky of his brainchild, which provides users with unlimited opportunities for communication and at the same time maintains complete anonymity.

The news release reported that in one of the districts of the city, Major Igor Grom neutralized a street robber, but caused serious damage to city property. Colleagues and superiors appreciate his professionalism, but dislike the major for his harsh working methods. Grom even writes a letter of resignation, but the head of the police department, Fyodor Ivanovich, gives a valuable employee only a warning.

Dmitry Dubin, a young employee, has been appointed as the major's partner. Abandoning simple cases, the major undertakes to solve a high-profile crime that has caused a great public outcry.

The city was rocked by the news: the son of a well-known deputy involved in shady cases was released from the courtroom unpunished. A link appeared on the social network "Together" to a closed broadcast where an unknown man in a raven mask, known as the Plague Doctor, is holding the missing son of a deputy hostage. On the live broadcast, the Plague Doctor reads out the verdict of the alleged perpetrator listing the crimes he committed, which elicits approving comments from the audience. After a while, the media reported the abduction of the director of an elite school, whose threads also lead to a mysterious criminal.

After conducting a thorough investigation, Grom and Dubin reveal the identity of the Plague Doctor, under whose mask the creator of the social network "Together" Sergey Razumovsky was hiding and who is then arrested by operatives.

 The authors of the production are trying to answer the question: is it possible to make our world a better and fairer place, including using illegal methods?

In addition to the detective story, spectacular performances are woven into the fabric of the performance, where modern dances with acrobatic elements alternate with popular songs performed by choral groups, which give the action brightness and dynamism.
