On October 10-11, Yerevan State University hosted the international conference "Geopolitics of Eurasian Crossroads: Transformations, Challenges and Development Paths" (Geopolitics at Eurasian Crossroads: Transformations, Challenges and Development Paths".
The speakers at the conference were Radmila Hayrian, staff of the SFedU Institute of History and International Relations, with a report "The US Congress and the discussion of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict: from the April war to the mass exodus of Armenians from Artsakh" and Oksana Karnaukhova with a report "Between patronage and donation: the "Global Gateway" of the European Union and its counterpart in Eurasia".
This conference is an important element of scientific and educational cooperation between the Institute of History and International Relations of SFedU and the Faculty of International Relations of YSU. On the sidelines of the event, meetings were held with the faculty leadership to discuss plans for the exchange of teachers and students for the 2024/2025 academic year, as well as the integration of master's programs in the field of International Relations.
