Every year, the Southern Federal University increases the number of classrooms opened jointly with partner companies, including those from the IT sector. There are such educational spaces at the Institute of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Science.

Axenix has been cooperating with the university since 2021. In 2024, the company implemented a joint project with the Institute of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Science of the Southern Federal University, completely renovating the auditorium and equipping it with modern comfortable furniture.

On September 4, the grand opening of the renovated educational facility took place. The opening ceremony was attended by students and university staff, as well as representatives of the company.

"I want to congratulate everyone on the start of the school year. I hope that this audience will create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for obtaining new necessary knowledge.

In 2021, Southern Federal University began fruitful cooperation with Accenture. We solved the tasks that were set together with a partner. And in this interaction, the teaching staff of the Institute played a huge role. Now, after the transformation of the company and its appearance under the new Axenix brand, we have continued our successful cooperation. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the partners for their contribution to ensuring a comfortable educational process at the Institute of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Sciences of the Southern Federal University," said Pavel Makhno, Vice—Rector for Educational Activities and Information Technologies.

Mikhail Karyakin, Director of the Institute of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Sciences of the Southern Federal University, also addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, thanking representatives of the partner company for their help in organizing the educational space and congratulating everyone on the beginning of the academic year.

The updated auditorium will host lectures for students, as well as lessons from the Sunday Math School, designed to prepare students for admission to the Institute.

"The Institute of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Science provides its students with high-quality education and is a good base for young professionals. Close cooperation with the university's departments will allow us to strengthen partnerships with SFedU, as well as offer students the most comfortable learning conditions. For our company, cooperation with universities is a strategic area of activity, we try to contribute to the training of IT specialists throughout the country," said Victoria Suprunova, regional director of the Southern location of Axenix.

Recall that in the Rostov region, Axenix is a partner of the Southern Federal University, Don State Technical University, Rostov State University of Economics, and also cooperates with the Rostov College of Communications and Informatics and the Quantorium.
