SFedU students staged a musical, which is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's classic play "Romeo and Juliet".
In 1957, the musical "West Side Story" was staged on Broadway for the first time as an adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy Romeo and Juliet. The action takes place in New York in the mid-1950s, telling about the confrontation of two street gangs - "Rockets", descendants of white immigrants, and "Sharks", Puerto Ricans. Dramatic, memorable music and raising acute social problems brought the musical world fame.

Viewers from the cold snowy March are transported to the summer on the West Side. "Jets" against "Sharks", the problems of the clash of cultures and, of course, the love of Tony and Maria shown on stage.
