SFedU offers Psychological Services Online

In the context of measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the transition to distance learning of students of universities, colleges and schools of the South of Russia, Southern Federal University is launching a psychological assistance and counseling services online.

The purpose of the University’s Psychological Services is to ensure the psychological security of citizens, to create favorable social and psychological conditions in the educational and professional activities of students and teachers.

Take care of your psychological well-being and comfort - contact the SFedU Psychological Services for professional psychological support. From now on, psychological assistance is available remotely.

Who can contact the Psychological Services online?

At the usual time the Psychological Services is available for students and teachers of Southern Federal University, during the period of enhanced preventive measures - any student of a school, college or university of the Southern Federal District, an employee of the educational system, as well as members of their families can contact the SFedU Psychological Services (until April 30, 2020).

What is the format of the consultation?

The online consultation will be held in a format that is more convenient for the client - through a video conferencing system, messenger or by phone.

How to contact the Psychological Services online?

To register for an online consultation, you need to contact the University’s Psychological Services by phone (863) 218-40-00 (extension 21047) on weekdays from 10:00 to 13:00 and sign up for an online consultation with the administrator.

Schedule for online consultations of psychologists: Mon-Fri from 13:00 to 18:00.
