Program Overview:

Training of highly qualified highly qualified personnel in the field of the history of philosophy, solving research, scientific and pedagogical professional tasks, capable of innovative activities in the field of science, education, culture, management, etc. Main tasks:

- development of graduate students' personal qualities and formation of professional competencies in accordance with the scientific specialty 5.7.2 History of Philosophy;

- formation of a model of professional and personal growth, high professional culture of scientific and research activities of future highly qualified specialists in the field of science, education and culture;

- formation of skills for independent research and teaching activities, through in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of philosophy, improvement of philosophical education, including those focused on professional activity; in-depth study of theoretical and methodological socio-philosophical, religious studies, philosophical and cultural, historical and philosophical and ontological aspects;

- improvement of philosophical training focused on professional activity and improvement of knowledge of a foreign language for use in scientific and professional activities.

The implementation of the postgraduate program combines fundamentality, universality, high cultural level, practical and theoretical orientation implies the development of such professionally significant personal qualities among graduate students as flexibility of thinking, concentration and switchability of attention, accuracy of perception, logical thinking, the ability to generalize, creative imagination, interest in achieving maximum results of scientific and teaching activities.

The postgraduate educational program determines the planned results of its development - the results of scientific (research) activities, the results of mastering disciplines (modules), the results of practical training. As a result of mastering the program in the scientific specialty 5.7.2 History of Philosophy, the graduate must have the following competencies:

• The ability to critically analyze and evaluate modern scientific achievements, generate new ideas in solving research and practical problems, including in interdisciplinary fields.
• The ability to design and carry out comprehensive research, including interdisciplinary, based on a holistic systematic scientific worldview using knowledge in the field of history and philosophy of science.
• Willingness to participate in the work of Russian and international research teams in solving scientific and scientific-educational tasks.
• Willingness to use modern methods and technologies of scientific communication in the state and foreign languages.
• Willingness to teach in the main educational programs of higher education.
• The ability to master and evaluate philosophical traditions in their historical continuity and nodal concentrations, to determine the social, cognitive and value status of philosophical knowledge and theorizing in a historical context.
• Willingness to implement in historical and philosophical research all the variety of methods, methods and techniques of historical and philosophical analysis in the context of conceptual diversity and the indivisible existence of various philosophical views.
