Program Overview:
Training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel capable of carrying out research and teaching activities based on deep fundamental and applied knowledge in the field of robotic systems.
The field of professional activity of graduates includes:
- a set of tools, methods and methods of activity aimed at the theoretical development and experimental research of problems related to the creation of competitive domestic products, replenishment and improvement of the knowledge base, the national technological environment, its safety, knowledge transfer;
- identification and substantiation of the relevance of problems of mechanical engineering, technological machines and equipment, their design, applied mechanics, automation of technological processes and productions for various purposes, design and technological support of machine-building industries, mechatronics and robotics, as well as the need to solve them on the basis of theoretical and experimental research, the results of which have novelty and practical value, ensuring their implementation both in production and in the educational process;
- creation of new (at the level of world standards) and improvement of existing manufacturing technologies for machine-building industries, various means of equipping them;
- development of new and improvement of modern automation tools and systems, technological machines and equipment, mechatronic and robotic systems, automation systems for control, control and testing, design methods, mathematical, physical and computer modeling of products, technological processes and machine-building industries, tools and systems for their design and technological support based on kinematic and dynamic methods analysis and synthesis of mechanisms, machines, systems and complexes;
- work on the introduction of integrated automation and mechanization of production processes in mechanical engineering, contributing to an increase in the technical level of production, labor productivity, product competitiveness, and ensuring favorable working conditions and safety;
- feasibility study of new technical solutions, search for optimal solutions in the context of various requirements for the quality and reliability of engineering facilities being created. The objects of professional activity of graduates are:
- projected objects of new or modernized machine-building industries for various purposes, their products, main and auxiliary equipment, complexes of technological machines and equipment, tool equipment, technological equipment, elements of applied mechanics, design tools, mechanization, automation and control, mechatronic and robotic systems;
- scientifically justified production and technological processes of machine-building industries, means of their technological, instrumental, metrological, diagnostic, information and management support;
- processes affecting the technical condition of engineering facilities;
- mathematical modeling of objects and processes of machine-building industries;
- synthesized warehouse and transport systems of machine-building industries for various purposes, means of their provision, functioning technologies, means of information, metrological and diagnostic systems and complexes;
- systems of machine-building industries that provide design and technological training of machine-building production, its management, metrological and technical maintenance;
- methods and tools for diagnostics, testing and control of engineering products, as well as quality management of products (processes) at the stages of the life cycle;
- software and its hardware implementation for automation and control systems of production processes in mechanical engineering.
