Program Overview:
The purpose of the educational program is the advanced training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of a technical profile for scientific and educational organizations engaged in the creation of scientific foundations for the technology of forming the Electronic component base of micro- and nanoelectronics, materials and products of micro- and nanoelectronics, the development and implementation of modern electronics devices. The importance of solving scientific and technical problems of this specialty for the national economy is to improve product quality, optimize and develop new materials to increase efficiency, energy efficiency and expand the possibilities of technological processes of micro- and nanoelectronics.
As a result of mastering the postgraduate program, the student should have formed competencies and prepared a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of technical Sciences.
The main educational program provides for the pedagogical practice of students. Practice strengthens the knowledge and skills acquired by graduate students as a result of mastering theoretical courses and special disciplines, develops practical skills and contributes to the comprehensive formation of students' competencies.
The practice is carried out permanently, on the basis of the Department of Radio Engineering Electronics and Nanoelectronics (RTEN) and the Department of Nanotechnology and Microsystem Engineering (NT MST) Institute of Nanotechnology, Electronics and Instrumentation of the Southern Federal University.
The objectives of the practice are to familiarize graduate students with the specifics of the activity of a teacher of technical disciplines and the formation of skills to perform pedagogical functions; to consolidate psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the field of engineering pedagogy and acquire skills of a creative approach to solving scientific and pedagogical tasks.
