Foreign citizens applying for Bachelor's, Specialist's, Master's, and Postgraduate programs can apply to the BUDGET in two cases: 
1. If they are Compatriots. To learn more about the admission of a compatriot, click on the link Compatriots
2. If they apply for a scholarship from the Government of the Russian Federation (quota). A foreign citizen (of any country) applies for a budget place on the official website of the contest for foreign applicants, who want to study in the Russian Federation https://education-in-russia.com/
The selection of candidates based on applications is carried out in the foreign representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo (contact list).

Foreign applicants can enter the university on a CONTRACT BASIS (fee-paing basis). ​​​​​​​The deadline for applying to graduate school is from June 20 to August 3, 2024 

List of documents for admission (documents must be translated and notarized): 

• a copy of the foreign passport;
• original and a copy of the education diploma and diploma supplement (educational transcript) of the foreign state;
• photo (3х4).
