Research interests:

Continuing professional education, identification, interdisciplinary methodology, social partnership, professional socialization in social uncertainty, innovative models of professional socialization of students, effective management of the professional development of young people as a strategic resource for socio-economic development.

Research projects:

- Interdisciplinary study of the specifics of the Russian professional socialization of students through technology social modeling, forecasting and effective management of the professional development of young people as a strategic resource for socio-economic development, social protection of Russian citizens.

- Social partnership in system of additional vocational training: motivation  and cooperation model.

Teaching:

  • The theory of innovation
    Discipline is focused on the development of professional competence in the analysis, modeling and forecasting of the dynamics of innovation processes, including social innovation. Discipline provides an overview of innovation theory, innovative project management fundamentals and development of the infrastructure for innovation, allows you to master the skills development of innovative heuristic models of interactions. The strategic objective of the course "Theory of innovation" is the development of students together theoretical concepts about the methods and techniques of analysis, modeling and forecasting of innovative processes, as well as the practical skills of social and humanitarian studies in the field of innovation. The result of the course is to master the skills of the students of the effective implementation of social and humanitarian research buildings, ownership of technology analysis, modeling and forecasting of innovative processes
  • Sociology
    The strategic objective of the course "Sociology" is the development of students theoretical concepts about the methods and techniques of analysis, modeling and forecasting of social processes, as well as the practical skills of social and humanitarian studies. The result of the course is to master the skills of the students of the effective implementation of social and humanitarian research buildings, ownership of technology analysis, modeling and forecasting of social processes.
  • Effective models of interaction in professional communication
    The purpose of discipline - to acquaint students with the phenomenon of professional communication as a form of communication activities; most fully represent the different aspects of professional communication in their relationship and interdependence. Develop students' holistic view of the role of professional communication in the life of the employed in the work of man.
  • Social problems of youth at risk: a systematic analysis
    The objectives of the development of the discipline are: - Give an idea of the problems of social risks in contemporary Russian society; - To consider the specifics of socialization of young people in high risk- taking; - To acquaint students - the future high school teachers with sociological and socio-psychological problems of various social groups at risk among young people; - examine the methods and technologies of work with young people "at risk"; explore technology resolution of interpersonal conflicts in interaction with MHR; - To analyze the design tools in the resolution of interpersonal problems through technology developing dialogue, interactive training, counseling, and others. The strategic objective of the course "Theory of innovation" is the development of students together theoretical concepts about the methods and techniques of working with children and "at risk" youth. The result of the course is to master the skills of the students of the effective implementation of social and humanitarian projects, development of methods and technologies of work with young people at risk.
