Research interests:

Condenced matter physics, Materials science

    - September 2001 – June 2007 – student at the Department of Semiconductors, Faculty of Physics, Southern Federal University.

    - June 2007 – Master of Science. "Engineering in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics"

    - February 2011 – to Present – Assistant, Senior Assistant, Assistent Professor at Faculty of Physics, Southern Federal University;
    - October 2011 to February 2012 – Engineer at the Department of Nanotechnology, Southern Federal University
    - April 2009 – October 2011 – Laboratory teaching assistant at Faculty of Physics, Southern Federal University.

Research skills:
    - Experience in X-Ray diffraction; study of different multifunctional materials (perovskite ferroelectric and multiferroic materials) and refinement of X-ray diffraction data.
    - Experience in Raman spectroscopy and analysis of Raman data of nanostructured multifunctional materials using OriginLab, Fityk and Matlab.
    - Experience in dielectric measurements.


  • Winner of program «The participant of youth scientific-innovation competition» (2010).
  • Prize-Winner of the Government of the Rostov region for young scientists for scientific and innovation activities (2011, 2013, 2015).
  • Winner of the Competition for the Russian Federation President Scholarships for young scientists and graduate students (2016-2018).

Publications: 24 articles in Russian and International journals indexed in the Web of Science and SCOPUS and 50 publications in the conference proceedings.
