From 2002 to 2012, he led the scientific work at the faculty of electronics and engineering equipment. In 2006-2010 in the framework of the Federal programmes "Education" and "Nanoindustry infrastructure in the Russian Federation" direct participation was created and equipped the largest in the South of Russia scientific-educational center "Nanotechnology" and the center for collective use "Nanotechnologies".
Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, expert of the State Directorate of target scientific and technical program. Professor of the Russian Academy of natural Sciences. Member of the Russian Scientific and Technical Vacuum Society. Member of the regional representative offices of the Rostov region Nanotechnological russian society. Member of the Expert Council SFedU in the direction of "Nanotechnology". Member of the organizing Committee of the international conference on microelectronics and nanotechnology. Teaching:

  • Materials. Technology of construction materials
    The formation of the basic ideas about size dependency of physics-chemical, physical and mechanical properties of nanostructured materials and their practical application. In terms of formation of students, studying of the discipline promotes formation of ideas about materials, relationships between their composition, structure and properties.
  • Biomedical nanotechnology
    "Biomedical nanotechnology" has purpose is learning the basics and develop students knowledge of modern aspects of nanotechnology, opportunities and prospects of use of nanotechnologies, nanomaterials, nanodiagnostics, nanosystems in biomedicine.
  • Technology microsystems
    "Technology of microsystems" generates knowledge in the field of basic technological processes of application, removal and modification of materials used for components of microsystems technology. Discipline is significantly broadens and deepens the scientific and technical knowledge in their chosen specialty, which provides the educational interests of the student the student for this educational program.
