Research interests:

Development of integrated security systems, environmental monitoring systems; The development of theoretical foundations and technological solutions for the formation of gas-sensitive films of chemical sensors; The development of structures of chemical sensors of gases and sensors of the composition of the aquatic environment; Development and creation of highly sensitive semiconductor sensors of physical quantities (pressure, displacement, acceleration, etc.)
Has prepared as a scientific supervisor six persons who have defended Ph.D. theses, five of which have been awarded academic degrees. At present he carries out the scientific management of four post-graduate students.

Research projects:

Scientific adviser of the project "Development of the city automated automated system for environmental monitoring of the environment of Taganrog", implemented in the Administration of Taganrog (2009-2012); "Development of an automated monitoring system for monitoring and forecasting the state of the environment" (2012); "Development of technology for the formation of nanostructured materials and hybrid sensor systems based on them" (2012), (Customer of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation).
Now he is the head of the grant on the FTP "Research and development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020", in the priority direction of the development of science, technology and technology in the Russian Federation "Industry of nanosystems" (priority area "Industry of nanosystems") On the topic: "Development of functional elements of electronics based on composite metal-polymer nanomaterials".
He is the author of more than 270 publications, including 24 educational editions and 237 scientific papers, 5 patents, copyright certificate, 3 certificates of official registration of computer programs used in the educational process. The Hirsch indices in the RINC and Scopus are equal to 10 and 3, respectively.

  • Hydrodynamics and gas dynamics. Theory of burning and explosion
    Purposes of development of discipline (module): the purposes of development of the Hydraulic gas dynamics module formation of accurate knowledge of methods of calculation of the movement of the incompressible and compressed liquid in channels of various form, about methods of a hydrogasdynamic experiment and acquisition of practical skills of use of the main equations of mechanics of liquid and gas; the purposes of development of the "Theory of Burning and Explosion" module consist in acquisition by students of the teoretiko-applied knowledge formed on a basis scientifically and which is methodically prepared for perception of data which have to be found in abilities to carry out quality and quantitative standards of indicators of burning and explosion in a technosphere, safety, necessary at a solution
  • Methods and devices of quality control of the environment
    The purpose of studying of discipline a possibility of use of the gained knowledge for the solution of the engineering-ecological tasks connected with environmental control of the environment, carrying out ecological measurements and scientific research in the field of ecology and environment protection.
  • Complex security systems
    The purpose of development of discipline studying of a possibility of use of knowledge of separate security systems of objects for the solution of the complex engineering-ecological tasks connected with environmental control of the environment, physical methods of protection of an object and fire safety
  • Design of systems of ensuring technosphere safety
    "Design of systems of ensuring technosphere safety" is the purposes of development of discipline training of the master in modern approach to the choice and design, and also operation of systems of cleaning at various manufacturing enterprises as component of systems of complex safety.
  • Bases of design of devices of control of the environment
    The purposes of development of discipline of "A basis of design of devices of control of the environment" - to provide specialized training of students ecologists concerning the theory and practice of designing and design of the devices intended for environmental control of natural objects and measurement of parameters of technological processes.
  • MATERIALS OF ECOLOGICAL INSTRUMENT MAKING
    "Materials of ecological instrument making" are the purposes of development of discipline: obtaining general idea about materials of ecological instrument making, their properties, methods of receiving and scopes, and also studying of scientific bases of creation of new devices, their elements and materials for control of the environment.
  • Sensors and multitouch systems
    The purpose of studying of the specified discipline is studying of the modern sensors and multitouch systems applied in modern technical and technological systems and the equipment and also questions of their design and production.
