    The course includes theoretical information on such topics as: the concept of strategic management, strategic choice, strategic analysis, strategy formation of companies of different levels, implementation of strategy and control systems, etc.
  • Innovation management / Innovative management / Innovation management and decision making
    The course includes theoretical information on the following topics: the concept of innovation management, life cycle innovation, development and launch of a new product to the market, innovation project management,managing quality and reliability of a new product, the interaction of innovation and strategic management.

The discipline covers practical skills in setting goals, objectives, organizing economic activities in the field of trade, develops independence of thinking and the formation of a creative approach in assessing the effectiveness of the economic activity of a trading enterprise.
  • Financial management
    The aim of mastering the discipline "Financial management" is the formation of general professional and professional competencies, the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of financial resources management of the enterprise.

    The aim of mastering the discipline is to familiarize students with the essence and tools of project management, which allows them to make qualified decisions on project team management, coordination of equipment, materials, financial resources and schedules for the implementation of a certain project at a given time within the budget and to the satisfaction of the customer (consumer).
