  • Physical basis of micro- and nanoelectronics

    The purposes of mastering the discipline are familiarization with the physical principles of the construction and functioning of micro- and nanosystem-based technology, the formation of knowledge of physical principles, characteristics, basic designs and features of the use of elements and devices of micro- and nanosystems.
