Professional Information

Currently, Dr. Taiwo Temitope Lasisi, in collaboration with a team of employees of the Faculty of Management, is working on the implementation of the project "Reproductive function of human capital in the context of digital transformation of the spatial and economic system of the South of Russia."

The goal of the project is to form a methodological basis and develop a concept and an economic and mathematical model for a comprehensive analysis of human capital, conditions, mechanisms and tools for using its elements in the interests of developing the socio-economic system in the specific conditions of the southern Russian macroregion.

Among the key research objectives are:

1) Generalization and comprehension of foreign fundamental and applied aspects of the study of human capital as an integrated resource for innovation-oriented development of the economy and society.

2) Formation of a model of innovation-oriented regional management in the field of accumulation and use of human capital resources, as one of the priority factors for increasing the level of well-being of the region.
