Andrei Urozhenko, a first-year student at the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University, was among the winners of the Beacons program from the BEAC
Out of 6,000 participants from all over the country, he entered the top 100, having successfully overcome all stages of the competitive selection. The program participants completed motivational and test stages, a game round, as well as an in-person superfinal. At the final stage, the teams had to develop innovative solutions for the education system of the future.
Andrey's team presented the concept of an educational platform based on artificial intelligence. The development provides for the analysis of educational outcomes, the level of development of flexible skills, feedback and other data, which will allow us to create an individual educational trajectory or educational game for each user.

According to Andrey Urozhenko, participation in the program was an opportunity not only to test their knowledge in practice, but also to meet talented students from different regions of the country.
"There were a lot of smart and interesting people at the event. I am sure that other students of the Faculty of Management could prove themselves worthily and become winners — the main thing is to decide and take part. I want to thank the teachers: the knowledge gained during the first year was very helpful," said Andrey Urozhenko.
The project was highly appreciated by the expert jury. As a result of the program, Andrey Urozhenko became one of its winners, receiving a cash prize of 300 thousand rubles, a diploma, memorable gifts and a winner's cup.
During the program, participants met with senior managers of the Savings Bank, attended educational lectures, took part in individual quests, mentoring sessions and teamwork on projects.
