The strongest athletes from the regions of Southern Russia took part in the competition. Representatives of the Southern Federal University successfully performed both in the team and individual competitions, winning a number of awards.

Team results:

Among the women's teams, the first place was taken by the national team of the Rostov region, made up of athletes from the Southern Federal University. The team consisted of Anna Potatueva (Master of Sports, head of the support department for SFedU national teams) and Elizaveta Gorbik (candidate for Master of Sports).

Among the men's teams, the silver medals were won by the Rostov Region national team, which included Ilya Keda, a student at SFedU (candidate for Master of Sports). Together with him, the team was represented by Sergey Alexandrin (grandmaster) and Egor Glushko-Poruchevsky (master of sports).
