SFedU will develop technologies for obtaining new materials with colleagues from the Indonesian University UNTAG

06.04.2022

On March 24, Indonesia hosted an online/offline signing ceremony of the agreement on the implementation of the joint SFedU—UNTAG project "Research and development of technologies for obtaining new materials and diagnostics of the state of solids using mathematical modeling and field experiment methods" (2022-2024).

The three-year research project involves the development and improvement of the electrophysical and mechanical properties of promising materials with a high-temperature Curie point, the study of materials with a flexoelectric effect, the assessment of the effect of inhomogeneous polarization in polycrystalline ferroelectrics on wave processes in acoustic media, as well as the study of promising piezoelectric devices for various applications. The Indonesian side faces the challenges of obtaining alternative materials, especially organic materials used to improve the quality of mechanical and physical properties of polymer matrix composites, as well as the development of reinforcement of briquette products for alternative and sustainable energy sources.

The 10th anniversary conference of PHENMA 2021-2022 will be held in Divnomorsk on May 23-27, 2022.
