History of the political parties of Russia

Research projects:

Two monographs were published, including:

  • "The political parties of Russia in immigration: the blocks and ideolofy" (2009);
  • “The Russian Immigration in 20-30s of the XX Century: Theory and History” the German publisher “Dictus Publishing Saarbrucken Deutschland” (2013).

More than 80 research articles were published; 2 author’s textbooks; in co-authorship: 5 textbooks and teaching aid textbooks.

Teaching:

  • Research seminar
    Master Course with the aim of mastering the skills and technologies of scientific research and research practices.
  • Actual problems of the historical research
    Master Course with the aim of studying contemporary problems of historical knowledge: a new historical culture, social history, methodology and historiography of modern approaches.
  • Smal Towns: the Problems of Sagnation and Regeneration
    Master Course with the aim of studying the specific situation of small cities in Russia (over 60%) and mastering the practice of predictive models of their regeneration; particularly in the Southern region of the country.
  • • The History of Social Movements and Political Parties in the Pre-revolutionary Russia
    Bachelor Course includes basic problems of the political parties formation in the early 20th century. Special attention is paid to the comparison of their programmes and similar European parties (Liberals, Conservatives, Social Democrats, etc.).
  • The Archives of the Political Immigration
    Bachelor Course in the direction of “Document Learning". This study course is designed to learn the basic foreign archives of the Russian emigration: the archives of the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace, Bakhmeteff Archive, etc.
  • Research projects
    Bachelor Course. The main task of the practice-oriented project is to involve the first-year and second-year students to the analytical work on the problems of the Russian immigration of the 1920s and 1930s, in particular, the immigrants periodicals studying, published papers, materials of the individual groups activities.
