Purpose of this educational program:

Civil law is the most demanded legal specialty in practice, the need for specialists in the field of private law and civil procedure is constantly increasing.

The purpose of this program is to train a lawyer who is able to solve complex legal problems in the field of business and management. The Master's program provides a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of not only material but also procedural law that is in great demand in practice, and allows you to acquire acutely relevant competencies necessary for successful professional activity.

The program includes a number of general disciplines, then students can choose one of two individual educational tracks: "Lawyer in the field of private law" and "Legal support of business (Business lawyer)". The tracks feature unique, practice-oriented disciplines that allow you to deepen knowledge about the field of activity for which the student is preparing.

A civil lawyer is in demand both in private and in state structures. Graduates of the program can work in state and municipal bodies, the bar, the court, the notary, Russian and international companies, law enforcement agencies.
