Continuing professional education, identification, interdisciplinary methodology, social partnership, professional socialization in conditions of social uncertainty, innovative models of professional socialization of students, effective management of professional development of youth as a strategic resource of socio-economic development, inclusive education.

Research projects:

- Interdisciplinary study of the specifics of the Russian professional socialization of student youth through the technologies of social modeling, forecasting and effective management of professional development of youth as a strategic resource of socio-economic development, social protection of Russian citizens.

- Social partnership in the system of additional professional education: a model of motivation and cooperation.

Teaching:

  • Sociology
    The strategic goal of the course "Sociology" is the development by students of a set of theoretical ideas about methods and techniques of analysis, modeling and forecasting of social processes, as well as mastering practical skills of conducting socio-humanitarian research. The result of mastering the course is the mastery by students of the skills of effective implementation of socio-humanitarian research structures, possession of technologies for analysis, modeling and forecasting of social processes.
  • • Theory of innovation
    The strategic goal of the course "Theory of Innovation" is the development by students of a set of theoretical ideas about methods and techniques of analysis, modeling and forecasting of innovation processes, as well as mastering practical skills of conducting socio-humanitarian research in the field of innovation. The result of mastering the course is the mastery by students of the skills of effective implementation of socio-humanitarian research structures, possession of technologies for analysis, modeling and forecasting of innovative processes.
  • Models of effective interaction in professional communication
    The strategic goal of the discipline; to acquaint students with the phenomenon of professional communication as one of the forms of communicative activity; to fully present various aspects of professional communication in their interrelation and interdependence. To form students' holistic understanding of the role of professional communication in the life of a person engaged in work.
  • Methodology and methods of sociological research
    The strategic goal of the discipline: students' mastering the methodological, technological and organizational foundations of sociological research as an element of the professional culture of a modern specialist
