Among the participants are experts from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Ukraine, Turkey and Serbia.

Researchers will talk on soils and water ecosystems and their condition, biotechnological issues and plant selection. Another issue is preservation of arboretums.

“Today we are experiencing hard times. We need to know how to survive in any socio-economic circumstances. Our colleagues have valuable expertise they share because they understand that only united we can overcome difficulties” – said A.N. Shvetsov, associate director of the Russian Academy of Sciences Arboretum.

Conference implies several sections where experts can share their projects and ideas.
