The experts were Elena Sutormina, Chairperson of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of Public Diplomacy, Tatyana Seliverstova, Deputy Chairman for Working Youth and International Activities, Professor Erast Galumov, Chairman of the Board of the Moscow-Beijing Business Club.

The meeting was attended by young representatives of the media, educational and public organizations from Russia and China.

On the same day, a number of master classes were conducted by the general producer of BRICS TV Evgeny Aizikovich and Erast Galumov. They spoke about the possibility of the Russian-Chinese partnership in the field of movie and television and about Russian-Chinese business relations, prospects for development and issues of media coverage.

The forum is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Residing Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), the All-Russian Public Organization "The Russian Union of Youth", Southern Federal University and the Rostov regional youth public organization "Don Youth Union".
