Program "Tutoring in the field of education", "Pedagogy in inclusive education" and " Upbringing activities" were opened at the request of employers and the Ministry of Education of the Rostov region to meet the needs of a modern system of the Region and the country's education.

The high rate of employed graduates in the specialty (90%) was the result of correctly chosen SFedU strategy for cooperation with employers in the region and shows the demand to teaching staff, trained at the University.
