symbols of Russian Spirit and of Russian civilization and its place
in Spiritual Space of the Earth amound the other civilizations.
It's a new trend in fine arts.
With the help of visual and verbal images the Gallery brings together
the spiritual and material conditions of Russian life
and proposes a Doctrine of spiritual reforms
for all spheres within the structure of the Russian Government.
It's a Russian version of Public Relations protecting native
spirituality from the spiritual weapon of the aggressive civilizations.
The electronic version of the Gallery through Internet
represents a new trend for strengthenning
and expanding Russian spiritual culture.
