6416 people from 75 universities showed interest in the scholarship program, 750 people became winners, including Rustam.

Rustam is an active student, a regular participant in student project events. As part of the Institute of Tourism Service and Creative Industries team, SFedU participated in the All-Russian Industrial Tourism Accelerator, the SfeduNet design and educational intensive and the SBS accelerator. He is actively engaged in research activities, has won prizes at conferences more than once, has several publications in specialized publications.
