SFedU Rector Marina Borovskaya, as well as the Head of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs Eleonora Mitrofanova, Rector of A.S. Pushkin’s Institute of Russian Language Margarita Rusetskaya, Rector of Moscow State Pedagogical University Alexei Lubkov took part in the press conference and discussed how to increase the number of those wishing to learn Russian in other countries, how to prepare new specialists for the teaching of Russian as a foreign language. It is planned that under the project, second-year Masters studying the "Russian as a foreign" will be sent to Russian centers of science and culture for teaching Russian. Selection of candidates will be conducted on a competitive basis.
